This is one of the youngest towns in the state, and whilst specifically created for miners and their families – the town has now grown and redeveloped into a region with rich charm and emanating warmth. There is an abundance of modern facilities, offering services of a bigger town. The newly refurbished town centre includes an interesting water feature creating a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a coffee break.
