The DEMT serves as the principal point of contact for trainees, ensuring training programs meet ACEM accreditation standards and fostering a positive, high‑quality learning environment. The role includes delivering structured feedback, supporting trainee progress across all domains of the ACEM Curriculum Framework, participating in trainee recruitment, and maintaining strong relationships with partner health services and prevocational training teams.
