About the Role: This role is responsible for contracting cruise lines, managing cruise line relationships, negotiating cruise line commercials, and collaborating with internal departments on various cruise-related matters. The role will also ensure that cruise line information and updates are effectively coordinated and shared with Wholesale, Retail, Product, and Marketing teams. This position requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the cruise industry. Key Result Areas: Cruise contract delivery Cruise line relationship management Cruise commercial terms enhancement Accountabilities: Identify and secure contracts with new and existing cruise lines. Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies. Maintain a comprehensive database of all cruise line contracts. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key cruise line partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all cruise line communications. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by cruise line partners promptly. Lead negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms. Analyze financial and market data to support negotiation strategies. Ensure all negotiated terms are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with AP/AR and reporting teams to ensure smooth processing of cruise-related transactions. Provide insights to the Product team to align cruise offerings with market demand. Provide insights to the Marketing team to aid their development and execution of promotional campaigns that drive contract outcomes Gather and disseminate relevant cruise line information and updates to Wholesale, Retail, Product, and Marketing teams. Ensure all teams are informed of any changes or new developments in cruise line offerings. Provide regular reports, analysis and insights on cruise line performance, market trends and opportunities to improve override revenue Additional notes about the role: Stakeholder management is an important part of the role. You must be able to take ownership of issues or enquiries and follow through on your commitments. You must be able to multi-task and reprioritize activities as required You must understand others’ priorities both within the team and the wider organisation You will maintain a strong attention to detail and a concern for accuracy you will be able to problem solve in order to reach conclusions Experience and prerequisites In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
