We’re seeking someone with experience in Employment Services (WAES, IEA, DES). Claims processing experience is highly regarded. Duties · Process outcome and progress payment claims in a timely manner · Meet quality standards for claims processing · Coach, advise and mentor staff in relation to claims processing · Analyse data and results to optimise performance · Assist with preparation of reports · Interpret and apply processes, policies, and guidelines · Collaborate with staff to find a solution focused approach to achieve claims To be competent in this position you will have: · The ability to interpret and apply processes, policies and guidelines effectively · The capability to review documentary evidence in line with relevant processes and guidelines · An ability to coach and advise others on claims matters · High level data entry skills and attention to detail · Great interpersonal skills that allow you to engage and build relationships with all staff across the organisation · An ability to manage your time effectively to ensure strict time frames are met · Experience processing claims in the IEA contract preferred · Experience in Employment Services (highly regarded) · Confidence using Excel to an intermediate level Benefits · Comprehensive onboarding and staff development program · Work laptops for all employees · Values based reward program · Birthday leave · Additional week of leave after 3 years of service Organisation Details Sureway Employment and Training lead the industry in Workforce Australia Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
