You will be supported by established Academy frameworks, work closely with experienced leadership, and have the autonomy to make a genuine impact through training, coaching and connection. About the role You will be responsible for delivering Academy training programs, supporting business planning, and contributing to the productivity and growth of the South Australian sales network. This is a visible, hands-on role that combines facilitation, coaching, planning and relationship management. You will work closely with state leadership and the national Academy team to ensure training is relevant, engaging and aligned with business outcomes. What you will be doing • Delivering Academy training programs across South Australia using established lesson structures and resources • Building and managing an annual training calendar aligned to network needs • Creating engaging, practical learning environments that drive participation and results • Supporting business planning sessions with sales agents and business owners • Providing in-office workshops and small-group coaching where needed • Working with state leadership on productivity initiatives and recruitment activity • Managing communication, follow-up, attendance tracking and program feedback • Contributing to state events, awards nights, conferences and network initiatives • Collaborating closely with the Academy and SA leadership teams Some after-hours work and occasional interstate travel is part of the role.
