Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and play a key role in maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships. The Role Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of commercial assets (industrial, office & retail) Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works Managing lease administration, renewals and rent reviews Budgeting, outgoings reconciliation and financial reporting Ensuring compliance with legislation and lease obligations Working closely with the agency’s sales and leasing teams About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
