Your Role: • Manage and maintain a residential portfolio of up to 130 properties • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections • Organise and supervise maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors • Handle tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collection • Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve disputes professionally • Provide landlords with regular updates and property reports • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards • Attend open inspections during the week as required Who We’re Looking For: • Previous Property Officer or Property Management experience • COR or full Licence required • Confident with property management systems: Inspections Express, PME, Flick It Over, Tapi • Organised, professional, and proactive with excellent communication skills • Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Salary: UP TO $85,000 depending on experience Why This Role: • Manage a capped portfolio to allow quality, hands-on property management • Work with a supportive and professional team • Opportunities to grow and develop within a network of local offices This is perfect for an experienced property professional who thrives on autonomy, organisation, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
