Take ownership of a growing property portfolio We’re looking for a motivated Junior Property Manager to take ownership of a startup portfolio of 30 properties, growing rapidly to 100 in just 6 months! What you’ll do: Manage and grow your own property portfolio Conduct leasing functions: open homes, applications, and marketing Perform ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections Manage arrears and provide outstanding tenant support Handle admin and backend systems while the portfolio builds What we’re looking for: Minimum 12 months property management experience COR or Class 2 License preferred Organised, proactive, and eager to learn Why you’ll love it: Immediate start – hit the ground running!
