The Company: A privately owned investment and real estate funds management company with a growing Australian platform is seeking a Real Estate/Property Fund Accountant to join its Sydney-based finance team. This is a full-time Monday–Friday role in a professional, collaborative office environment. With continued expansion across its commercial real estate funds platform, you’ll gain exposure to institutional - grade assets, fund launches, and complex transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage fund accounting activities including NAV calculations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and investor reporting. Process and oversee fund transactions ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls. Assist with the establishment and launch of new real estate funds and structures. Liaise with investment, operations, and compliance teams to support smooth fund operations. Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Candidate Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. CPA or CA qualified (or working towards). Experience in property fund accounting within real estate, asset management, or investment management. Proficiency with Sage accounting software . Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations, and financial reporting. High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
