About The Role: We are seeking an energetic up-and-coming Café Manager to lead our café operations within this premium, member-focused venue. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality-particularly in cafes, restaurants, lifestyle venues, or member-based environments-who understands the importance of exceptional service in a wellness-focused setting. As the Cafe Manager, you will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including team leadership, training, staffing levels, stock management, financial accountability, and health and safety compliance. You will work closely with our marketing team to promote seasonal offerings and member engagement campaigns, while maintaining a consistent presence on the floor to ensure the highest standards of service are met. This is a full-time leadership role in a seven-day operational venue, offering a balanced roster with two regular days off per week, including Sundays. With early morning and evening service periods, availability between 5:30am and 8:30pm is essential to support the rhythm of our members' active lifestyles.
