About the Role As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll: Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age. Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community. Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry. Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly. Help create a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment for children. Be part of shaping memorable experiences beyond the classroom . Build strong connections with families, children, and educators. Hours: 6:30am – 9:00am & 2:30pm – 6:15pm, plus 6.75 weekly admin hours! Monday to Friday only — no weekend work! About You You are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it’s not essential. You will have: Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check www.acecqa.gov.au for details relevant to your state. A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state. Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
