The Opportunity As our CRM & Site Manager , you’ll drive customer retention and online sales through strategic lifecycle marketing and best-in-class ecommerce management. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll lead the execution of Email, SMS, Loyalty and Auto-Replenishment programs—while also owning the day-to-day performance and merchandising of our ANZ ecommerce site. You’ll play a critical role in optimising the full customer journey—from acquisition to retention—ensuring a seamless, high-converting digital experience. What You’ll Be Responsible For Retention Marketing (Email, SMS, Loyalty & Replenishment) Execute the monthly Email and SMS calendar, balancing promotional, educational and editorial content Manage campaign end-to-end delivery: briefing, segmentation, QA, testing and deployment Monitor and report on performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue per email, churn) Maintain and optimise audience segments (active, at-risk, lapsed) Execute and continuously improve automated lifecycle and replenishment flows Support loyalty activations, promotional planning and reporting Website & Ecommerce Management Own daily trading and merchandising of the ANZ Shopify site Lead site updates for product launches, campaigns and promotional activity Ensure pricing, promotions, landing pages and discount codes are accurate and optimised Partner with Creative and Marketing to deliver strong UX and commercially aligned content Monitor ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate and revenue Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Campaign & Sales Execution Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver multi-channel campaigns Support forecasting and daily performance tracking Make data-informed pivots to achieve revenue targets Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution About You You’re commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You’ll bring: 3 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing (beauty, retail or DTC preferred) Hands-on experience with Email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo highly regarded) Shopify (or similar CMS) experience Strong knowledge of GA4, Looker or similar analytics tools A deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs and retention marketing principles A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Most importantly, you care about customer experience and are passionate about building brand loyalty.
