Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Switchroom Electricians to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex, high-profile projects across Australia. About the Role As a Switchroom Electrician, you will work across the construction, installation, and commissioning of LV and HV switchrooms, substations, and transportable electrical rooms. You’ll be hands-on from build through to energisation, working to strict Australian Standards and CE’s high safety and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Install, terminate, and commission MSBs, MCCs, protection systems, and associated cabling within switchrooms and substations. Deliver compliant switchroom construction including earthing and bonding systems, cable management, clearances, labelling, and environmental protection requirements. Work closely with supervisors and engineers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and schedules. Key Requirements Current QLD Electrical Licence with CPR and LV Rescue certification. Proven experience in switchroom and substation construction within industrial or infrastructure environments.
