We are looking for an experienced EHS Business Partner to support a market leading industrial manufacturing business in Brisbane’s western suburbs. This role will suit someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, influencing leaders, improving systems and driving practical safety outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the Role: As the EHS Business Partner, you will provide expert advice and support across all aspects of environmental, health and safety. You’ll work closely with site leadership and national EHS teams to implement safety initiatives, support investigations, manage risk and contribute to continuous improvement programs aligned with a Zero Harm commitment. Key Responsibilities Partner with site leaders and teams to promote a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with relevant EHS legislation and company standards Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and support audit readiness Support implementation of the APAC EHS strategy Manage and support Return to Work (RTW) and injury management processes Deliver and coordinate EHS training initiatives Support environmental compliance activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support LEAN manufacturing projects Promote proactive hazard reporting and corrective action processes About You: You are a proactive and collaborative safety professional who can influence stakeholders and drive meaningful safety outcomes. You will bring: 3 years’ experience in EHS / WHS roles Background in manufacturing, chemical or high-risk environments Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation Confident influencing stakeholders across operations Practical, solutions-focused approach to safety Qualifications: A degree in Workplace Health & Safety or similar discipline will be highly regarded Why This Role?
