They are recognised for importing and supplying a wide range of steel and construction products throughout the Australian and New Zealand markets. The Role We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join the sales team. This role will focus on managing and growing key customer relationships within the aerospace sector while identifying opportunities for business growth. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and contributing to revenue and profit targets. Key Responsibilities Support the senior Account manager in the day-to-day management of key strategic customers Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and suppliers ( approx. 80% relationship management ) Assist in preparing accurate quotations, pricing schedules, proposals, and customer documentation Proactively engage with customers to manage enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships Assist with contract administration, tender submissions, and reporting Follow up on quotations, resolve customer queries, and ensure positive outcomes for both clients and the business Skills & Experience Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills Strong communication skills Comfortable working full-time from the Wetherill Park office How to Apply If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with your most recent resume, contact Rina at Astrum recruitment on 0429 581 828 for any further enquires.
