This opportunity is a blend of expansion and replacement, meaning an incoming Dentist can step into an existing patient base while also benefiting from ongoing growth and strong local demand. About the position Our client is looking for a General Dentist to join our clients’ team across two established locations. You’ll be supported by consistent Dental Assistant coverage, stable systems and a management team focused on long-term retention and growth. With patient demand already in place, you can expect a strong start, initially around 70% booked, with full books commonly achieved by week 3. Clinical scope may include Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning Preventive care and maintenance Restorative dentistry: composite restorations, crowns and bridges Endodontics (rotary systems available) Extractions and management of dental emergencies Cosmetic dentistry (as per your interest and scope) Dentures and other general dentistry procedures with full support Clinical setup & technology Fully digital clinics Intraoral scanners Rotary endodontics and endo motors On-site OPG CBCT available Established preferred lab (with flexibility to use your own) Strong procedural support across the clinics Remuneration & benefits Our client offers: 40% commission GST, with increases up to 45% based on experience/performance Straightforward, flexible terms (no unnecessary complexity) 4 weeks’ rent covered as a relocation incentive Flexibility around hours, including school-related scheduling (linked to performance and clinic profitability) Potential for partnership and equity/shareholding for the right long-term candidate About you Minimum 2 years of Australian clinical experience AHPRA registration and relevant dental degree Strong foundations across general dentistry with a patient-first approach Professionalism, attitude and teamwork matter most.
