Expression of Interest – Truck Driver - Street Sweeper Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being called for persons interested in a secondment opportunity in the position of Truck Driver – Street Sweeper within the Works and Operations Unit for a 12 week period commencing 31 March 2026. If you are interested in submitting an expression of interest, please address the following criteria in your submission: Demonstrated experience and competence in the safe operation and maintenance of Trucks and Plant. Demonstrated basic literacy, numeracy, oral and written and communication skills. Excellent attendance and punctuality record required. Available for call outs as required. Holder of the following: Current class MR (unrestricted) drivers licence (minimum). ChemCert AQF III or equivalent is highly desirable but not essential. The hours of operation of the Street Sweeper for a person working 43 hours per week will be: Monday – Wednesday: 4:00am – 1:330pm. Thursday – Friday: 3:00am – 12:33pm. Saturday – when required. The hours of operation of the Street Sweeper for a person working 38 hours per week will be: Monday – Wednesday: 4:00am – 12:33pm. Thursday – Friday: 3:00am – 11:33pm. Saturday – when required. This position is in Grade 4 of Council’s Salary system $1,261.90 - $1,461.14 per week plus superannuation. What's Next?
