Partnering closely with Regional and Senior Leaders to deliver sustainable growth aligned to Youth strategy and P&L accountability. Overseeing service delivery, product innovation and new business opportunities to strengthen outcomes and sustainability. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with schools, RTOs, industry and external stakeholders. Ensuring effective intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Why we want you: Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Education, Disability, Management or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within youth, vocational or disability services. Strong commercial acumen, including experience with P&Ls, reporting and financial accountability. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement. Well‑developed stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external partnerships. High‑level communication, analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach. Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in the sector (highly regarded).
