About the Role We’re seeking an organised and proactive Sales Account Coordinator to join our Team to cover Parental Leave on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is perfect for someone who loves detail, enjoys working closely with clients, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly. As a Sales Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, ensuring communication is clear, tasks are completed on time, and the overall client experience is seamless. Key Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day management of client accounts Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams Prepare project timelines, status updates, and reports Assist with briefing tasks and managing deliverables Maintain accurate documentation and account records Help identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen relationships Provide administrative and project coordination support as required Understand and deliver on Client’s SLA’s About You You are a strong communicator with a passion for service and exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy problem‑solving, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes. You enjoy working through complexity and understanding the “why” whilst being outcome orientated.
