Toll Fixed Wing | ACE Training Administrator Exciting and rare opportunity to Join our specialised Aviation sector. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for the administration of The ACE Training Centre clients. The role provides high level administrative support to The ACE Training Centre Operations cell. The Fixed Wing Training Administrator is required to work in a team environment and play an integral part in assisting with the smooth and efficient operation of the Toll Fixed Wing Operations in Sydney and Melbourne. Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily activity in ACE, including the provision of briefings as required Disseminate course joining instructions and training timetables for both FTO and RTO courses Assist the ACE Training Centre Operations Manager produce reports from the LMS and other systems as required Maintain the Quality Assurance processes and participate in any audits, either internal or external Proactively follow through on project deliverables and agreed actions complying with deadlines and other pressures To be successful in this role, you will need: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation Ability to effectively communicate with customers and possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy Strong organisation and prioritization skills Proven problem-solving skills What moves you?
