We are looking for someone who has: A degree in a health related discipline, with eligibility for membership to the relevant professional association or registration with AHPRA where required. Experience in case management within brain injury services or a rehabilitation setting, with the ability to coordinate care across multiple providers and supports. Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to work independently while also contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team— including coordinating MDT functions when needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrated ability in interpersonal negotiation, conflict resolution, and the use of a broad range of software programs. Knowledge or experience with external funding bodies, such as iCare, CTP insurers, workers compensation schemes, and the NDIS, including an understanding of their guidelines and operational processes. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and computer literacy in a range of programs.
