This is a AMS Customer Solution Lead role with TechnologyOne based in Brisbane, QLD, AU TechnologyOne Role Seniority - mid level, senior More about the AMS Customer Solution Lead role at TechnologyOne As a Customer Solution Lead, you'll partner with customers to optimise, govern and continually improve their TechnologyOne environment, driving adoption, value realisation and measurable outcomes from their investment. You'll be a trusted advisor for complex configuration and solution design challenges, while ensuring delivery is consistent, scalable, and aligned to TechnologyOne frameworks and best practice. This is a post-go-live outcomes role in our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This role is not about leading large-scale new implementations end-to-end. Your focus will be on optimisation, adoption, governance and value within a managed services model, delivering targeted AMS packages and advisory engagements, and coordinating with Consulting/SDMs where broader project work is required. What you'll be doing Partner with customers to understand strategic objectives and build tailored program roadmaps to maximise value from TechnologyOne. Act as a trusted advisor, resolving complex configuration and solution design challenges. Proactively manage relationships, communicating priorities, risks and solution options clearly. Deliver contracted outcomes aligned to the AMS service catalogue; escalate issues early to protect customer confidence. Scoped service delivery (AMS packages & advisory) Own delivery of AMS service catalogue packages and scoped custom engagements ensuring quality, consistency and customer satisfaction. Apply deep product and industry knowledge to recommend scalable, sustainable solutions. Ensure work aligns to AMS methodologies, tools and governance practices. Collaborate with Products, Solutions and Consulting to improve delivery and customer experience. Commercial accountability (individual contributor) Deliver high-quality work efficiently within scope, supporting utilisation and revenue targets. Identify and surface additional AMS opportunities aligned to customer needs (value for customers growth for AMS). Minimise rework and variations through disciplined planning and proactive risk management. Provide accurate inputs to delivery metrics to support forecasting and resourcing decisions. Influence-led leadership & continuous improvement Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers, Consulting teams and AMS leadership for a seamless customer experience. Mentor and uplift capability through knowledge sharing and solution leadership (no direct people management required). Contribute to evolving AMS offerings and delivery methodologies; provide structured feedback to influence product and solution improvements. Your talents Strong experience in AMS / managed services or a comparable delivery environment, with a track record of delivering outcomes in a governed, repeatable model. Commercial discipline: scope control, utilisation focus, delivery accountability and high-quality execution. Confident problem-solver who can navigate complex configuration and solution design challenges pragmatically. Strong stakeholder management-able to influence mid-to-senior leaders with clear, structured communication.
