About Our Role At WGA we understand the importance of personal interaction and team belonging. We therefore highly value the role a Regional Manager plays in the continued cultural, operational and project development of a team. Our group in Queensland has in only 5 years developed into a self-sustaining and high performing multi-disciplinary team of 60 and from the exceptional work of the team we are now poised to launch! Due to further growth and investment forecasted in the Region plus new internal development opportunities for existing staff we are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the next phase of our regional development. Reporting to our Area Manager and as a key member of our strategic and leadership groups, this role will continue to support and develop not only the Queensland Region but provide input into the broader Australian and New Zealand business in accordance with our strategic plan. About You Previous experience in a Business operational leadership position at a Regional or Sector level which includes operational, financial and personnel management ideally within a Consulting Engineering environment Ideally with a strong background in either the Transport or Resources sectors, you will have a growth mindset, proven strategic business development capability and hands-on approach to project delivery Ability to foster a positive design engineering environment through a collaborative and engaging management approach Capacity to further develop WGA's brand within the technical engineering and construction industries across the Queensland Region Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplined teams across a range of engineering design projects.
