About the role The Manager, Operations Performance is a corporate support and improvement role operating across the dnata Catering network. The role sits within a small, specialist advisory team focused on uplifting operational performance, capability and consistency across all facilities. This role works across any dnata Catering facility, partnering with General Managers and site leadership teams to deliver targeted, time-bound improvement initiatives, strengthen performance management disciplines and embed best-practice ways of working. The Manager, Operations Performance exists to enable, support and accelerate improvement, not to replace local leadership or assume line responsibility. Key responsibilities Support and contribute to the delivery of network-wide operational improvement initiatives aligned to business priorities, working in partnership with local leadership and in line with national direction and frameworks. Partner with General Managers to diagnose performance gaps and co-design practical improvement solutions Develop, standardise and embed consistent performance frameworks, tools and operating disciplines across facilities Analyse operational data and translate insights into clear, actionable improvement plans Coach and support site leadership teams to build continuous improvement capability Support change implementation and sustainability through structured governance and follow-up Capture and share best practice and lessons learned to drive consistency and scalability across the network About you You are a commercially and operationally astute leader with a strong track record in driving performance improvement in complex operational environments. You are comfortable influencing without authority and partnering with senior operational leaders to deliver sustainable change. You bring: Proven experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into practical actions Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching skills A structured, disciplined approach to improvement and change The flexibility to work across multiple sites as required What’s in it for you?
