As the Lead Educator, you will: • Lead the daily operations of your learning environment • Mentor and support educators within your team • Plan and implement engaging play-based learning programs • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team • Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments About Our Centre Harmony Everton Park is a modern centre caring for 112 children aged birth to five years.
