This is a Territory Sales Manager, Immersive Experience and Simulation role with Barco based in Melbourne, VIC, AU Barco Role Seniority - mid level More about the Territory Sales Manager, Immersive Experience and Simulation role at Barco The Territory sales manager for IX is responsible for driving sales performance and market growth on Simulation and Immersive Experience solution within Australia. Responsibilities Outbound Sales and Business Development: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on Key Global Accounts already utlising Barco Solutions in the SIMULATION and TRAINING verticals. Develop and execute sales strategies to convert outbound leads into successful deals. Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and refine the company’s messaging for the SMB market. Channel Partnership Development (Secondary Focus) Identify and onboard channel partners such as Key Partners and LSI's to expand market reach. Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners by understanding their business goals and providing ongoing support. Develop channel enablement strategies, including partner training and joint marketing efforts. Contribute to outbound marketing campaigns to support lead generation and partner engagement. Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and promote the Barco Product Line up. Consultative Selling and Industry Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations and manage technical discussions with confidence. Required Education, Experience And Competencies Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technologies. Strong and assured communicating and presenting skills, able to gain personal credibility with client managers. Able to work effectively work across organizational and national boundaries. Eager to hunt new end customers and / or new contacts at different levels of the targeted account.
