This full‑time role suits someone who thrives in fast‑moving technical operations and enjoys working directly with clients to keep mission‑critical systems running smoothly. What the Role Involves You’ll be part of the frontline technical response team, handling real‑time operational issues and guiding clients through system behaviour, configuration, and deployment activities. Your work spans everything from diagnosing trading‑related anomalies to rolling out new client environments.
