The Role: Bateau Bay | Full Time | Rostering Coordinator As the Rostering Officer your duties will be, but not limited to: Deliver quality rosters in accordance with Southern Cross Care Enterprise Agreement Coordinate cover for all available shifts Provide administration support when required Communicate with key stakeholders in the business to deliver deadline driven outcomes. LI-DNI Proven rostering experience in a similar role - minimum 2 years' experience. Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Experience in an Aged Care/Community Home Care (highly desirable) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
