Executive Assistant to CEO Full-Time | Essendon VIC | Not-for-Profit Sector Morgan Consulting is partnering with a well-established organisation within the aged care and community services sector to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Group Chief Executive Officer. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position located in Essendon. The role is suited to a highly professional EA who has previously supported at C-suite level and is comfortable operating in a senior, trusted capacity. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role responsible for providing high-level executive support across a broad range of strategic and operational functions. You will act as a key liaison between the CEO, Executive Team, internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities Managing the CEO’s inbox and prioritising communications Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Preparing executive correspondence, reports and presentations Coordinating meetings, agendas and taking detailed minutes Managing complex diary scheduling and travel arrangements Supporting preparation of contracts and executive documentation Maintaining filing systems and improving administrative processes Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion About You You are a polished and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have supported senior leaders previously and understand the importance of discretion, initiative and strong judgement.
