We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Safety Systems Coordinator to join our national Safety function based in Adelaide. This role plays an important part in keeping our safety, compliance and injury management systems running smoothly. You'll support the coordination of safety documentation, reporting and compliance activities across multiple states, working closely with branches, payroll and external providers. Key Responsibilities Maintain safety and injury management records across internal systems. Prepare and maintain safety and compliance reporting. Liaise with branch teams to follow up on safety documentation and compliance requirements. Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with requirements. Assist with WorkCover claim administration and supporting documentation. Coordinate updates across systems such as Solv, DoneSafe, FastTrack and internal reporting tools. Coordinate and track client-specific compliance requirements across sites. Assist with tracking claim costs, reimbursements and key compliance activities. About You Strong administrative and organisational skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately. Comfortable working across multiple systems and databases. Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders and following up on actions. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
