About the Role As the 2IC, you will work closely with a strong and supportive Centre Director to lead daily operations, mentor educators, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education. This is a hands-on leadership role where your commitment, initiative, and passion will make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day management of the service Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality outcomes Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Busy Bees standards Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture About You Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) A proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and grow Demonstrated leadership capability or readiness to step into a leadership role Committed to providing high-quality education and care to children and families A team-focused professional who supports and uplifts others Reliable, dedicated, and invested in long-term success within the centre Why Join Busy Bees?
