What you’ll be doing: Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including sales orders, invoicing, and revenue tracking. Maintain accurate records across ERP, CRM, and contractor compliance platforms. Support procurement, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring stock and assets are ready when needed. Coordinate warranty claims, asset tracking, and reporting. Provide high-quality, timely support to internal teams and clients. About you: Proven experience in business support, administration, or sales coordination. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Confident with ERP, CRM, and online procurement systems (experience with Pronto, Salesforce, Ariba or Coupa is a bonus). Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently. Experience liaising with finance teams and understanding invoice processes is highly regarded.
