CASA VIBRAZIONE PTY LTD located in Mount Hawthorn WA 6016 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in line with menu specifications and established recipes Planning and developing menu items in collaboration with management Estimating food and labour costs and assisting with stock ordering and control Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Demonstrating advanced cooking techniques and advising on cooking procedures Ensuring food is stored, handled and prepared in compliance with food safety standards Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas and storage facilities Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and workplace health and safety requirements About you: At least one year of relevant work experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Ability to plan and organise kitchen operations efficiently Understanding of cost control and stock management procedures Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and as part of a team Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
