Prodigy HR is recruiting a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant for our client’s distribution centre in Dandenong, Melbourne . We're looking for candidates who are eager to commit to a full-time schedule, show up consistently, and take pride in giving their best each day. This is a great opportunity to gain Forklift experience - no license/experience required on commencement! This is a full-time position , working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm . Annual salary: $53,000 Annual salary with a valid forklift licence: $55,000 Responsibilities Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. Generating, printing, and attaching labels and documentation. Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records. Reporting damaged or missing inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor. Participating in regular stocktakes. Carrying out other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. About You This role requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently. To be successful, you will bring the following: Strong time management and the ability to juggle tasks. Initiative and a practical, problem-solving mindset. Clear communication skills. Good attention to detail, even when it’s busy. Reliable, with a solid work ethic and hands-on attitude. Pick packing experience (preferred but not essential). Forklift license/experience (preferred but not essential).
