The Opportunity: Impactful Legal Support As a Legal Administration Assistant, you will be supporting two teams specialising in Employment and Litigation, you will play a key role in keeping matters running smoothly and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for the "engine room" tasks that allow the legal team to focus on achieving the best outcomes for their clients. Key responsibilities include: Matter Management: Accurately managing client and matter records within practice management systems Document Production: Drafting and formatting legal correspondence and documents Compliance & Research: Conducting searches, conflict checks, and ensuring all compliance processes are met Financial Support: Assisting with billing, reporting, and essential month-end administration Workflow Efficiency: Undertaking general administrative functions such as opening/closing files and preparing briefs for counsel Collaboration: Working proactively with colleagues across the firm to maintain a positive and efficient workplace What You’ll Bring We are seeking a candidate who balances a "can-do" attitude with a high degree of technical accuracy. You understand the nuances of a litigation-based practice and take pride in your professional standards. Essential Criteria: Proven Experience: Ideally 18 months of administrative experience within a litigation-based legal practice Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite.
