The Centre Director will have the opportunity to lead with confidence, providing stability, transparency, and values-based leadership while making a meaningful impact on children, families, and the team. The Role As Centre Director, you will have full responsibility for both the operational and strategic leadership of the service. This stand-alone role offers genuine autonomy and accountability, requiring a confident leader who can make decisions and provide visible guidance. You will oversee all aspects of operational and governance leadership, including compliance, reporting, financial oversight, budget management, and the implementation of clear, structured systems. In addition, you will lead and align the educator team, manage performance, support professional development, and foster clarity where differing perspectives exist. You will also champion high-quality educational practice, strengthen relationships with parents, and represent the service within the wider community. This role is ideal for a leader who can combine strategic oversight with hands-on engagement, building trust, consistency, and a strong, values-driven culture.
