Description THE ROLE As part of our AV team, you will play a key role in delivering seamless event experiences through the professional setup, operation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment. Key responsibilities include: Setting up and packing down audio visual equipment efficiently and safely Operating audio-visual systems across a diverse range of live events Assisting with equipment maintenance, testing and quality checks to ensure optimal performance ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine interest in building a career in the AV industry. You will demonstrate: Previous AV industry experience, gained in either a voluntary or paid capacity Ability to work collaboratively within a team and perform hands on, physical tasks A genuine passion for audio visual production and live events Strong computer literacy and confidence working with technical systems Ability to work autonomously when required, while also taking clear direction from senior technicians Relevant tertiary qualifications in AV or a related field, highly regarded Full Australian working rights are required for this position in addition to a probity check.
