About the job Telco Networks Program Manager: We are seeking a Program Manager based in Sydney, to lead E2E Program delivery for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company in the rollout of new Digital & 5G technologies around the country. The Program Manager will be accountable for an end-to-end delivery and lead team of Project professionals. Extensive (5 to 10 years) of program management delivery experience in Telecom Network Projects Customer facing engagements and reporting weekly on progress of delivery, and address risk and opportunity in a collaborative way, both internally or externally Proactively drive the required outcomes and work and manage delivery schedule including baseline, forecast and actual dates Handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, and relationships and manage budget, tracking cost versus progress Address project communication and reporting of progress and issues and maintain business partner relationships, encouraging positive work environment Manage project risk and opportunities operational and commercial Implement delivery targets with quality and first-time-right approach. Have a continual improvement approach to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes. Should have Excellent competence and experience in program management Excellent Leadership, Communications & Negotiation Skills - ability and strength to negotiate and influence outcomes Proven experience to lead and align teams!
