Build knowledge of both Adelaide & Parafield Sites and use this knowledge to support the Head of Facilities and the Maintenance Manager with Subject Matter Expert advice. Qualifications Essential Licenced Plumber (Advanced) Licenced Gas Fitter (Advanced) High Risk licence Driver’s licence Desirable EWP above 11 metres Electrical Cert III licence Experience Essential Experience in plumbing & gas maintenance activities in a commercial environment Ability to fault find; Able to understand and implement maintenance procedures; Ability to interpret technical drawings and data; Ability to use computer based software and applications Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards; Knowledge of WHS standards; Knowledge of maintenance procedures. Desirable Previous experience working in large operational facility with a facilities maintenance background.
