We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager at our Cairns Central Property, to join our team on a full-time basis. With a team of around 15 staff including bar, cafe, a pool, kitchens and multiple chill spaces. The Role: As Assistant Manager you will join and lead a passionate team of service ambassadors to support the day-to-day operations of the properties. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will benefit from a corporate support office and a dedicated, approachable leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you will support Shift Managers, Housekeeping, overnight staff and Maintenance members to provide a safe, fun experience for our team and guests alike. As a leader, you will utilise your previous experience to guide, mentor and develop the team to empower them and foster their own career development.
