You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across a mix of schemes— Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance. Core tasks of the role include: Conducting single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments Leading return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way Being at the forefront of best-practice standards and innovative solutions for injury and disability management What You’ll Need Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA membership Minimum 2-3 years experience as a rehabilitation consultant Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities A current driver’s licence, access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management Why Choose PHSA?
