Skills/Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in oil & gas, heavy industry, or similar sectors QLD Electrical Trade License (Electrical Mechanic, Electrical Fitter/Mechanic, Instrumentation) Dual Trade Qualification in Electrical/Instrumentation Cert III in Instrumentation & Control OR Cert IV in Electrical – Instrumentation Working knowledge of SAP (desirable) High-voltage switching operations (desirable) Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attributes Ability to inspire teams and manage workloads Effective communicator that can engage with stakeholders effectively Able to prioritize tasks efficiently Applicants must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
