They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Facilities Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a major client account, overseeing a high profile commercial and retail portfolio. Full time hours, ASAP start date, ongoing for three months. You must have full time availability during this period. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of hard and soft services to the site, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Monitor and direct contractor performance, ensuring that all contracts are properly executed and align with the scope and intent of the agreement. Develop and implement an operational plan for the property, overseeing contractors, staff, and property services in line with established standards and objectives. Plan and execute continuous improvements to enhance property value and operational efficiency. Become an integral part of the team, fostering collaboration and promoting high standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in facilities management within commercial or retail property. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and staff. Proven track record in delivering and improving operational efficiencies.
