It has clearly worked as they have an impressively activated portfolio and increasing pipeline of projects. Due to this continued growth, they are looking for an up-and-coming Development Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their team. This is a newly created role, so you have room to make it your own. Reporting to the Director and working alongside the handpicked team of talented professionals, you will work across a range of projects as part of a nimble and hands on team, providing the opportunity for growth and to share in the success of the business. The projects are predominantly townhouses in groups of 25 - 130 dwellings , some over two stages. You'll manage the land and built form outcomes from conception and acquisition until handover. They also have some commercial sites coming into the portfolio, so diversity and exposure will only improve. Your role will include the full range of development management tasks including assisting with acquisitions, design, planning approvals, sales and marketing oversight, budget management/DCF updates, procurement and management of the usual consultants and contractors - the full spectrum from start to finish. You will receive mentoring from experienced operators and a wide range of exposure and empowerment thanks to the flat and open structure.
