This role will lead the design, development and implementation of whole-of-government programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening service delivery in the domestic, family and sexual violence space. You will contribute to a multi-year investment approach, ensuring funding is directed toward high-impact, evidence-based services. The position sits within a commissioning division responsible for outsourced service delivery and significant procurement activity. Programs are delivered through external providers, requiring strong contract oversight, performance monitoring and partnership management. This is a role for a strategic thinker who can operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality advice in a fast-paced and evolving environment. What you’ll be doing Lead development, implementation and management of commissioned programs and projects Provide high-level program management advice on complex policy and legislative matters Manage procurement and outsourced human services delivery arrangements Develop and maintain productive partnerships across government, community organisations and industry Prepare complex written materials including Cabinet submissions, executive briefs, procurement documentation and correspondence Analyse data and information from multiple sources to provide strategic program advice Establish monitoring and review mechanisms to track program performance and outcomes About you: You are an experienced program delivery professional with strong commissioning, procurement and stakeholder engagement capability.
