Description Warragul, Gippsland | Reporting to: QA Supervisor Protect the Flavorite standard. In this hands-on QA role, you’ll work across production, packing and dispatch to keep quality consistent, fix issues early, and ensure our records and systems are accurate and reliable. Why you’ll like working here Safety and people-first culture—we look out for each other and act early on risks Career growth opportunities in a growing business Supportive, team-based environment with strong communication between departments What you’ll be doing Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and escalate concerns early Maintain accurate quality records, traceability and documentation control Raise and close out corrective actions (CARs) to prevent repeat issues Support quality checks and verification activities to keep processes consistent Partner with production, packing and distribution to resolve fruit quality issues Contribute to continuous improvement, food safety and site safety Working environment / physical requirements This role includes time in a cool room/refrigerated environment (approx. 12–15°C) and office-based admin, with a mix of standing/walking and computer work. The work can involve repetitive movements and occasional lifting. What you’ll bring Sound computer skills and confidence with records/systems Strong attention to detail and clear communication A practical, team-first approach and the confidence to speak up when needed Nice to have: QA qualifications/auditing experience, QA experience in fresh produce/food, HACCP training, data analysis skills.
