Workshop Supervisor – MCPHEE CREEK Early 2026 MGM Bulk is launching a major new iron ore operation at McPhee Creek in 2026, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor’s to join our all-new Workshop Team. The operation is supported by an off site purpose-built, brand-new workshop facility, along with a remote workshop location situated at the McPhee Creek Mine. WHAT YOU NEED Heavy Diesel Trade Certification Experience with heavy haulage / multi-combination equipment Strong safety focus Professional, reliable, team-oriented attitude Ability to meet pre-employment requirements (Police Clearance, Licence History, Medical with ongoing drug and alcohol) Previous experience in a Supervisor or Leading Hand workshop role while still being active on the tools Experience in coaching and mentoring team members Understanding and experience with multiple diagnostic programs and CMMS systems.
