We are seeking a "Founding Member" to serve as our Office Coordinator & Dental Assistant—a versatile role designed to orchestrate the clinical, technological, and patient journeys of a high-performance healthcare destination. This position is perfect for a senior dental professional who thrives in a hybrid environment, balancing front-office leadership with hands-on chairside support as we build our local presence. The Role As the operational heart of the clinic, your responsibilities include: Operational Orchestration: Managing the clinic as a high-performance asset and tracking financial and clinical KPIs to ensure target production is met. Patient Journey Leadership: Designing and delivering a five-star, tech-enabled patient experience from front-of-house greeting to final case acceptance. Clinical Proficiency: Mastering D4W for scheduling and patient records while providing expert chairside clinical support across a range of procedures. Clinical Governance: Implementing the Doctors&Co Governance Bundle, including sterilization protocols, infection control audits, and clinical notes management. Who You Are We are looking for a professional who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and patient care. You possess: Experience: 2-3 years in a senior dental role. Proficiency in D4W and dual experience in dental reception and chairside assisting is essential. Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded. Tech Fluency: A passion for innovation and the ability to master advanced CRM and AI tools quickly.
