About the Centre Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Deanside Village is a modern, purpose-built centre providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0–6 years. Located in the growing Deanside community, the service is designed to support collaboration, reflective practice, and strong partnerships with families. Open 6:30am–6:30pm, the centre focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where children, educators, and families feel connected and supported. About the Role As the Educational Leader , you will work across all rooms and partner closely with the Centre Leadership Team to drive educational excellence and continuous improvement. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts . Your responsibilities include: Leading and enhancing the educational program across the centre Mentoring, coaching, and supporting educators Supporting curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice Embedding Aspire’s Grow, Learn, Connect philosophy Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team Why Join Aspire?
