We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across a prestigious commercial site in Docklands. About the Role As Site Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our cleaning services meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of cleaners and support staff, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise cleaning teams across multiple shifts, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. Coordinate rosters, manage attendance, and arrange cover for absences. Conduct site inductions, training, and ongoing development for staff. Monitor stock levels and oversee the safe use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment. Maintain site documentation including work schedules, inspection reports, and communication logs. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations. Identify and escalate risks, safety issues, and operational challenges. Promote a culture of safety and compliance through regular toolbox talks and inspections. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in commercial cleaning supervision. Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, contract management, and KPI delivery. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound operational decisions. Knowledge of Safe Work Practices, OHS legislation, and hazard management. Computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools. Certificate III in Cleaning Operations (desirable). Why Join Us?
